Moving on from Pickett Mt….

We have wound down our operations in Patten Maine until there is a change in the political will to build a prosperous and sustainable mining sector in the State.  The majority of the local communities in close proximity to the highest potential projects, continue to be in favour and in need of such economic stimulus and growth.   The legislature, needs only to recognize and understand modern mining techniques and allow (not interfere) with the laws, policies and processes that are already in place to ensure the environment and the public are fully protected if a project can meet the regulations.

1

While Maine is on hold, management and the board are assessing other project opportunities in more established mining jurisdictions, while also considering other strategic opportunities.

2

We will continue to work with the local communities and stakeholders in the project areas which we operate to draw awareness to the potential economic benefit of our projects to the communities in addition to the attributes and safe guards of modern mining practices compared to those of the past.

3

We have an exploration permit for our Island Lake Nickel Project in Manitoba and will be working with those First Nation communities in advance of commencing a potential winter project with their oversight and partnership.

Other Opportunities

Evaluate and acquire other prospective high-grade polymetallic and strategic metal deposits. Consider spinning out or optioning non-core assets in order to unlock value for shareholders.

Marketing

With three project silos (Nickel, Base Metals, Silver) marketing efforts will focus on drawing more attention and awareness to the value of each and the ongoing exploration efforts and expected milestones.
