Ron Little
President, CEO and Director
Mr. Little is an engineer, geologist and entrepreneur who has developed mining projects in Canada, South America and Africa. He was the founder and CEO of Orezone Resources and Orezone Gold Corp. for over 20 years and built one of the most successful exploration and mine development track records in Burkina Faso. He has extensive experience in financing and developing mining projects from exploration through to operations as well as an in depth knowledge of the capital markets and those involved in the sector. He is and has been a director and advisor to other public companies and not for profit entities. Mr. Little is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Geological) from Queen’s University in Kingston (1985).
John Seaman

Mr. Seaman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Apex Investigation and Security Inc., a large privately owned security company. He is a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Premier Gold Limited since May 2006 and was Chief Financial Officer of Premier Gold Mines Limited from August 2006 to June 2012 and was the CFO of Wolfden Resource Inc. from 2002 until it was taken over in 2007. Mr. Seaman was previously director and/or officer of other small-cap public companies and is an ICD.D member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Greg Etter
Director
Mr. Etter possesses broad, extensive experience in the natural resources sector, including more than two decades of successfully managing diverse portfolios as a senior executive at multiple international mining companies. Greg has exercised responsibilities for government relations, legal, security, land, environment, public relations, and community affairs. In 2020, he retired from Kinross Gold Corporation, where he had been Senior Vice-President, Global Government Relations, Security and Lands. Since that time, Greg has provided counsel to selected mining companies on environmental, social, and governance matters. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Liberty Gold Corp. Mr. Etter holds a B.S. in Geology from Colorado State University and a J.D. (Magna Cum Laude) from Washburn University School of Law.
Ian Atkinson
Director
Mr. Atkinson was previously President and CEO, and a Director, of Centerra Gold before retiring in 2015. He has more than 40 years of experience in the mining industry with extensive background in exploration, project development and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his ten-year tenure at Centerra, he held various senior leadership positions with Hecla Mining Company, Battle Mountain Gold, Hemlo Gold Mines and the Noranda Group. Mr. Atkinson has contributed to the discovery of several major mineral deposits and been involved in a number of large global mining projects in his career. Mr. Atkinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from King’s College, University of London and a Masters degree in geophysics from the Royal School of Mines, University of London.
Jeremy Ouellette
VP Project Development
Mr. Ouellette is a Professional Engineer with significant experience in base metal mine permitting, development and operations, most recently supporting the design, start-up and operation of the Caribou Mine in New Brunswick for Trevali Mining Corporation. During his time with Trevali, he also gained experience in project evaluations, due diligence, project acquisition, financing support, public relations, and communications and has successfully held several senior and leadership roles throughout the transition between explorer/developer to a top 10 global zinc producer.
Don Dudek
VP Exploration
Mr. Dudek has over 40 years of experience in various roles with junior to senior exploration and mining companies. Don has considerable experience and expertise in the exploration, discovery and development of VMS deposits like Pickett Mountain. He was previously VP Exploration for Aur Resources before it was taken over by Teck. He recently served as President and CEO of Savary Gold Corp., which was taken over by Semafo Inc. in April 2019 and also served as Senior V.P. of Technical Services for Endeavour Mining Corporation and Senior VP Exploration of Avion Gold Corporation. He holds a B.Sc. Geology (Honors) from the University of Saskatchewan.
Ewan Downie

Mr. Downie has over 25 years’ experience in the exploration and mining industry in North America and is currently President and CEO of I-80 Gold Corp. He founded the original Wolfden Resources Inc. and served as its President and CEO from 1995 to 2007, when it was acquired by Zinifex Limited for $363 million in cash. Mr. Downie received the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada 2003 Bill Dennis award, in recognition for his contribution in discovering the West Zone on the High Lake Project, in Arctic Canada. Mr. Downie holds a diploma from Seneca College, King City, Ontario.
Lance Dyll

Mr. Dyll is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and has over 18 years of finance experience. Mr. Dyll held senior financial positions with several reporting issuers including Mega Precious Metals Inc. (TSX-V: MGP). He is currently Associate Vice President, Finance and Administration NOSM University, Thunder Bay. Previously, he has held senior positions with Cliffs Natural Resources from 2010 to 2012, Zinifex Canada Inc. from 2006 to 2010 and was working in public practice with BDO Canada LLP. Mr. Dyll holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lakehead University.
Shaun Drake

Mr. Drake is Secretary to several reporting issuers including Premier Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX: PG), PC Gold Mines (TSX: PKL), Mega Precious Metals Inc. (TSX-V: MGP) and Source Exploration Corp. (TSX-V: SOP). Mr. Drake previously served as Corporate Secretary for Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Limited from 2003 to 2005 and Wolfden Resources Inc. from 2004 to 2007. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators since 1995.
Don Hoy

Mr. Hoy is a Professional Geoscientist of Ontario and has been involved in the mining industry in North America for over 35 years. He was the previous Vice President Exploration and President and CEO for Wolfden as is credited for acquiring the companies portfolio of assets in New Brunswick, Manitoba and Maine. He was Vice President Exploration for Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. and Freewest Resources Canada Inc where he was one of five recipients of the 2009 Bill Dennis Award of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada credited with the ‘Ring of Fire’ discoveries in northern Ontario. He holds a B.Sc. from Western University and an M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration from Queen’s University.
Joe Spiteri

Mr. Spiteri has over 35 years of experience in advanced-stage exploration, feasibility, construction, operations and acquisitions. Mr. Spiteri has held senior management or executive positions with Dome Mines Group, Placer Dome Incorporated, Northgate Explorations Limited, Lac Minerals Limited and Campbell Resources Incorporated. For the past ten years Mr. Spiteri has served on the board of directors of five mining companies in addition to consulting on project due diligence. He holds a BSc. from the University of Toronto and business courses from both Laurentian and Dalhousie University. He is a member of The Canadian Institute of Mining and The Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.
Bill Fisher
Technical Advisor
Mr. Fisher has extensive world-wide industry experience in both exploration and mining positions. He was Vice President, Exploration for Boliden AB, where he was responsible for thirty five projects in nine countries. He also led GlobeStar Mining Corp. in the Dominican Republic from an exploration company to an emerging precious and base metal producer until it was sold to Perilya for $186 million. Mr. Fisher was Chairman of Aurelian Resources which was sold to Kinross Gold in 2008 for $1.2 Billion after the discovery of the Fruta del Norte gold deposit in Ecuador. He graduated in UK as a geologist in 1979.
