    Chairman of the Board and Director

    Mr. Downie has over 25 years' experience in the exploration and mining industry in North America and is currently President and CEO of Premier Gold Mines Limited. He founded the original Wolfden Resources Inc. and served as its President and CEO from 1995 to 2007, when it was acquired by Zinifex Limited for $363 million in cash. Mr. Downie received the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada 2003 Bill Dennis award, in recognition for his contribution in discovering the West Zone on the High Lake Project, in Arctic Canada. Mr. Downie holds a diploma from Seneca College, King City, Ontario.

    President, CEO and Director

    Mr. Hoy has been involved in the mining industry in North America for over 26 years, acting in both technical and senior management capacities for junior and major mining companies. Most recently he was Vice President, Exploration and Development for Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. and prior to that, Vice President, Exploration for Freewest Resources Canada Inc. He was a recipient of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada 2009 Bill Dennis Award, as 1 of 5 persons credited with the 'Ring of Fire' discoveries in northern Ontario. Mr. Hoy holds a B.Sc. degree from the University of Western Ontario, a M.Sc. degree (Mineral Exploration) from Queens University and has been a professional geoscientist with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario since 2003.

    Lead Director

    Mr. Little was the founder and the CEO of Orezone Resources and Orezone Gold Corporation for over 20 years and responsible for acquiring all of the company's key projects. During his tenure, Orezone established the most successful gold discovery track record in Burkina Faso (+12 Moz of resources). Two of the projects became mines and a third (Bomboré) was permitted for development. The Essakane Mine is still the largest producer in country at 400Koz/yr, and was acquired by Iamgold in 2008 in a take-over deal worth $350M. Prior to Orezone, Mr. Little was influential in the success of several exploration and development projects including the Golden Patricia Mine between Red Lake and Pickle Lake, Ontario; a high-grade narrow vein underground gold deposit that operated at a head grade of 20 g/t. Mr. Little was a key member of the senior management and technical team overseeing all aspects from discovery through to many years of operations that encompassed geology, construction, mining and mine management. Mr. Little is Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Geological) from Queen's University in Kingston (1985). He has extensive experience in managing and financing public companies that operate in Canadian and international jurisdictions with respect to exploration, project development, permitting, construction, mining operations and all facets of mine and equipment financings.


    Mr. Quigley, a Professional Geoscientist, has extensive exploration experience as an industry and consulting geologist throughout North America. He is the President of Aquila Resources Inc. (TSX:AQA), a junior natural resource mining company since April 2006 and also President of Minerals Processing Corporation, a private mineral exploration company, since 1995. Mr. Quigley holds a B.A. and a Master of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science degree (Mineral Exploration) from Queens University.


    Mr. Brown was the President of Neville Pulverized Lime Co., a private lime products manufacturing company from 2001 to 2006 and is currently a director of Minerals Processing Corporation, a private mineral exploration company. He holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from the Pennsylvania State University.


    Mr. Mechis has held senior positions with reporting issuers involved in mineral exploration and development, including serving as the President and CEO of T.B. Mining Ventures Inc. He also served in executive capacities with Marksmen Capital Inc. (now Brixton Metals Corp.) and Skybridge Development Corp, an exploration company formerly listed on the Exchange. He was also employed with Wolfden Resources Inc. as office manager from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Mechis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lakehead University.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Dyll is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and has over ten years of finance experience. Mr. Dyll held senior financial positions with several reporting issuers including Mega Precious Metals Inc. (TSX-V:MGP). He is currently the CFO for Source Exploration Corp. (TSX-V:SOP), and is also the Director of Operations for the Alyris Group. Previously, he has held senior positions with Cliffs Natural Resources from 2010 to 2012, Zinifex Canada Inc. from 2006 to 2010 and was previously working in public practice with BDO Canada LLP. Mr. Dyll holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lakehead University.

    Corporate Secretary

    Mr. Drake is the President of Drax Services Limited, a private company providing corporate secretarial services to public companies. From 2009 to 2013, he was a senior executive of DSA Corporate Services and a partner of Marrelli and Drake Corporate from August 1999 to January 2009, both private corporate service providers. He is Secretary to several reporting issuers including Premier Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX: PG), PC Gold Mines (TSX: PKL), Mega Precious Metals Inc. (TSX-V:MGP) and Source Exploration Corp. (TSX-V:SOP). Mr. Drake previously served as Corporate Secretary for Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Limited from 2003 to 2005 and Wolfden Resources Inc. from 2004 to 2007. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators since 1995.
